"Simply put, mindfulness is "the mind that accepts things as they are". It is the practice of focusing one's awareness on the five senses of the body, and perceiving and accepting reality as it is, such as "how I am feeling at this moment" and "the physical situation I am in right now. 
By expressing our mind through art, without being bound by words or thoughts, we experience "freedom of expression."

Art therapy experience combining mediums of expression such as clay and pastel, breathing exercises, and mindfulness meditation.
