How to make an appointment
For both in-person and online reservations, please book a session from "Book Now" page.  For in-person appointments, we will send you an email with the physical address. 
(Reservations can also be made by phone, through Instagram & FB)

Payment Methods
For both in-person and online sessions, payment is required to complete the application process. Payment methods are as follows(1) Paypal payment via the Internet to misakoinaoka@gmail.com
(2) Bank transfer to PayPay Bank (information will be emailed at the time booking)
(3) Cash payment (in person only)

Discount
My goal is to provide the service and care to the people who and when they need the most. For those with financial difficulties (students, single parents and emergency cases), a limited number of discounted services are available and can be individually accommodated, so please consult with us.

Cancellation Policy
In order to be fair to clients who are waiting for their appointments, we will charge a cancellation fee even if you have to cancel due to illness or other reasons. 
We ask for your understanding.

Change or Cancellation Fee
If a client changes or cancels an appointment for any reason after 5:00 p.m. one day prior to the reserved date, the following cancellation fees will be applied to the session fee.
After 17:00 one day prior to the session: 50%
After 20:00 one day prior to the session: 75% 
Same-day notice, Cancellation without notice (no-show): 100%.

Cancellation due to disasters, infectious diseases, etc.
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to transportation disruption caused by disasters or accidents.Cancellation due to illness such as infectious disease can be made up at the first session, so please make another reservation once your symptoms have calmed down.

Insurance
Unfortunately, counseling is not covered by Japanese medical insurance. I am willing to help those with foreign medical insurance with claims for reimbursement from their insurance carriers by providing receipts and basic information, but will not interact directly with insurance companies.
